About the Job

We are searching for a dynamic and motivated Sales Representative for our Global Sales team in Central Europe. You will develop and manage our sales pipeline, executing sales strategies to secure deals that will align with our revenue goals.

Specifically, you will be responsible for identifying and building relationships with key influencers and decision-makers within executive teams of prospective clients to create and present compelling tigerlab insurance solutions that meet and exceed customer requirements.


  • Prepare detailed proposals and quotations that meet the client’s expectations, as well as mitigating risk to the company. Adhere to company procedures for quotation review. Lead the creation of business proposals (as a response to RFI and RFP processes).
  • Research and compiling lists of potential clients.
  • Lead and manage the full sales process, from initial contact to sale closure.
  • Proactively contact potential clients for meetings, demos, and workshops.
  • Maintain relationships with decision-makers or the executive-level of targeted companies.
  • Manage numerous accounts concurrently & strategically.
  • Support new clients adapt to the system by working with our support team.
  • Present regular detailed reports to the Head of Sales.
  • Maintain a solid knowledge of the company’s underlying technology and products.
  • Represent the company at exhibitions, conferences, industry meetings, and other avenues to promote sales of the company’s products.


  • Experience in selling products in information technology, with a focus on cloud solutions
  • Possess a high level of commitment and energy to create and close opportunities.
  • Possess exceptional attention to detail.
  • Demonstrate a good understanding of technology and the key challenges facing CTOs / CIOs at client companies.
  • Ability to tie client business needs to the solution proposed in a compelling manner.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage competing priorities.
  • Ability to work autonomously and effectively manage your time.
  • Excellent presentation, communication, and negotiation skills. Fluent in German is a plus.
  • Proficient in MSOffice and G-Suite.
  • Proficient in Salesforce is a plus.
  • If you have contacts within the insurance space, who you can sell to, that is a plus.
