7.2 is the exciting new upgrade of our insurance software solution that has taken a gifted team of developers half a year to complete and has involved rebuilding and enhancing the current system. It is designed to help solve the biggest issues carriers are dealing with on a daily basis as well provide the features, we know the market is looking for. The new version includes significant enhancements and capabilities to enable agility, automation, innovation and speed for insurers.
Analytics, Business Intelligence and Insights
Our highly configurable reporting & analytics module offers you a tool, which allow you to view insights into your data so you can keep up and stay on top of the game, by giving you the chance of evaluating current and past data and predicting the future. Having a very granular level of detail allows for complex Bordeaux and raw data outputs, in multiple formats, for analysis at both a Business Analyst / marketing level or Data Scientist/Actuary level.
This exciting feature is based on Kibana, which uses elastic search, you can now visualize data in a fast, self-configurable and easy way. In our Sales Analytics Dashboard, you can generate graphs from sales data, claims location, trends, metrics and see the location of your Partner in a heatmap. Furthermore, you can use advanced filters to narrow down your analytical search to a microscopic level.
Our Sales Pipeline is a visual snapshot of where prospects are in the sales process. It shows you how many deals partners are expected to close in a given week, month or year. Given that function, you can increase your sales, by actively assigning these incomplete sales, sales teams, third party call centres and internal system admin, using our enhanced permissions feature within i2go and more easily control the future direction of the company.
Claim Notification / FNOL
Claim notification is the process of informing an insurance company that a loss has occurred and that the policyholder intends to ask for money as a result. With the new 7.2 Release you have a full automated notification system which eliminates operational inefficacies and gives you the opportunity to build a bespoke data capture form. This can be completed either when the policyholder log into their customer portal or if they wanted to phone up, and is completed by your claims team.
Efficient claims handing and processing is crucial to any effective insurance operation. It improves customer service, lowers costs and provides comprehensive data for risk analysis. However, the complexity of managing a claims environment with multiple systems and manual hand-offs can create errors and delays that can cause irreparable harm to customer relationships. Object permissions specify the base-level access users have to create, read, edit, and delete records for each object. For example, a policy can be created by a Sales Person, can be edited and can be cancelled. All of those examples are object permissions regarding a policy. By default, no Person Role has any object permissions. Each structure must be built depending on the client’s requirements. Object access permissions can be granted and revoked by the system administrators, who can grant them to other users, as well.

Inbound/ Outbound Email Processing
An email is a message distributed by electronic means from one computer user to one or more recipients via a network. It’s also the main communication tool between customers and the insurance company. In this section you are able to see all of the Emails that have been sent out together with the email address of the BP and the subject of the Email.
There are two types of email:
- Inbound—Messages received by your users from senders outside the set of domains associated with your company or organization.
- Outbound—Messages sent by your users to recipients outside the set of domains associated with your company or organization
MTA (Mid-Term Adjustment)
Mid-term adjustment (MTA), also called a mid-term modification or mid-term change, refers to a change to an insurance policy prior to the end of the policy period. This option is available for anyone having access to our i2go software and only for “Issued” Policies.
There are two types of changes which could be made. Those options could also be dependent on the BP role which each person with access could perform. For example, you might allow certain BPs to make only non-financial changes and other BPs to be responsible for the financial adjustments. Of course, both depend on each other and will affect the whole policy.
(Can we add this too?) There is also the option to build a full self-service MTA feature within the customer service portal. This means that you can allow the policyholder to log in and make their own changes on the elements you choose. Any payment increase or decrease can be automatically handled with our payment gateway. The elements you wish your policyholders to change can be customised so you can still control risk and underwriting process, simple changes can be made by the policyholder complex changes still ned to go through a staff member. This feature will give your staff more time to focus on new business and customer relationships, rather than time on a phone call managing every change to the policies.
Financial changes are any changes related to the financial part of the policy. Those are very case specific, but our rule of thumb is that anything which affects the overall price and is being changed is considered a financial change. After those changes you will get a new quote which will override the existing one in the policy.
Non-Financial changes, on the other hand, are changes not related to any pricing. Again, that could very client specific as for one client for example changing the date of the insured person could also change the price of the whole policy and for another client that might not be the case.
Keyword Search Views
The new keyword search allows you search for specific attributes like Policy number, Reference Number, Name, Client etc.
With the implementation of Elastic Search our search function is now even faster. Given that Elastic Search is not a data store, many of the associated overheads do not need to be supported, improving its performance. Another advantage is that Elasticsearch supports stemming. This can turn out to be a very important feature when you wish to search for a customer using their name.
Within the Result Attribute Selection, you can now pre-select/ delete certain attributes, which should appear or not appear in the results, making it even easier for you to find the policy or name you looking for.
